About the Home

The vintage island home is over 50 years old and needs renovation. It is approximately 3000 sq feet and has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom on the main floor and one bathroom space on the second floor. There is a large kitchen which is open concept to a large dining and living area. There is also back room that is connected to the kitchen.

The walls of the home concrete, the wood used inside is cedar, and the roof is a galvanized aluminum typical of its period. The veranda is a large gated space. Water tanks are at the back and there are two septic tanks.

At the back of the property is an old caretaker house and on the right side of the bay is a rustic weekend day use fishing cabin and a smaller day use fishing hut on the point.
